It helps to include your version details: open Settings in the game and tap the version line at the bottom. That copies your game version, iOS version and iPhone model, ready to paste into your email.

Common Questions

I bought Prisms but they didn't arrive. Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. That asks Apple to finish any purchase that was paid for but not delivered. If your Prisms still don't appear, email me with the date and the pack you bought.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

I deleted the game and lost my Prisms.

Your progress and Prisms are saved on your iPhone. Prisms are what Apple calls a consumable purchase, which Apple cannot restore after the app is deleted. If your iPhone is backed up to iCloud, restoring that backup brings them back. If not, email me.

How do hearts work?

Playing a level uses a heart when you don't win. One heart grows back every 30 minutes, up to five. If you'd rather not wait, you can add five hearts for 100 Prisms.

How do I earn Prisms?

Every star you earn on a win pays a Prism, and playing on consecutive days pays bonus rewards. You can also buy Prism packs in the Shop.

What are the leaderboards?

If you're signed in to Game Center, your furthest level and your wins this week appear on the leaderboards, found on the map. Game Center is optional. You can sign out any time in iOS Settings → Game Center.

How do I send you my play data?

In the game, open Settings → Send my play data and choose Mail. It's a small file of your level attempts, with no name or device ID, and it helps me fix problems and balance the levels.

Can I start over?

To start again from level 1, delete Bumplings and install it again from the App Store. That erases everything saved on your iPhone, including Prisms you bought, and it cannot be undone.

I'm a parent. What should I know?

Bumplings has no ads, no chat and no accounts. Purchases go through Apple, so Ask to Buy and Screen Time limits on your child's Apple Account apply.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone with iOS 18.6 or later.
